The Scholarship application will include getting at least two letters of recommendation, high school transcripts or proof of GED completion and college or university transcripts if appropriate.  Directions are printed on this application.

Contact the DMACC Assessment Center at 515-964-6595 to schedule the Compass exam at DMACC to meet the entrance requirements for the program. You may bring your other completed forms and documents at that time and drop them off with the admissions office or mail them in before the deadline.
